The most followed TikToker is Muslim and a Hafiz of the Quran

Khaby Lame, TikTok sensation who’s amassed a whopping 146.2 million followers, has revealed he is a Muslim to Italian media outlets.

He has become the most followed Tiktok account, surpassing Charlie D’Amelio who held the most followed spot for a long time. Each of his videos gets millions of views.

Khaby is known for his reaction videos to ridiculous and overly complex life hacks.

Khaby was born in Senegal on March 9, 2000; however, his family moved to Italy when he was one year old. Speaking to an Italian news outlet regarding the most asked question about his faith, he stated “Yes I am Muslim, a practising Muslim. I don’t know what else to say.”

Thanks to the funny videos he uploaded, the Tiktok star is reported to have a net worth of $2 million. He has also recently launched a collection with Boss, where he’s also launched a BOSS rag doll.

It’s a breath of fresh air for young Muslims to see more young figures like Lame rise up in the media sphere and not compromise their Islamic identity with their Western upbringing.
